Retail Policy 

 

We offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase and/or delivery. We will accept exchanges of most items with some minor exceptions. All sale, holiday, disposable accessories, and treats are final sale.  

 

Items eligible for an exchange must be in: 

 

  • Original condition

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • With all tags and packaging attached

  • Free of odors or stains and pet hair

  • Resell-able condition   

 

For your convenience, exchanges can be processed by mail or in-person. Please email us if an exchange is needed for an online order. To learn about shipping, click here.

How to Purchase Tickets

  • Online tickets are available on our EventBrite profile

  • In-store at the register/ cashwrap 

Ticket Policies

  • All sales are final. If you are unable to attend, your ticket can be transferred to another attendee or another event date. Please email us to make arrangements.

  • Online and credit card purchases are subject to processing fees (up to 2.75%).

Event Rental Policy    

 

Base Rate & Add-ons

  • Upon booking, we require a 50% deposit (non-refundable). Upon booking, we require a 50% deposit (non-refundable) to hold your event date. Your date/time is not guaranteed until your your order finalized. Add-on orders must be prepaid in full and placed two weeks in advance.

Pet Service  Cancellation Policy

We do not have a cancellation fee. We kindly as our clients to submit cancellation requests at least 48 hours in advance. This request is a courtesy to our pet care specialists who rely on their pre-set schedules. All services are prepaid. If your schedule changes, a credit will be issued for your next booking. 

Pet Service Fees

 

Short Notice 

  • ​If ​submitting ​a ​request under ​48 hours in advance of ​the ​service ​date, ​an ​additional ​service ​fee ​of ​$5 ​will be ​added ​to ​your ​invoice.  ​ 

Before / After Hours 

  • A service charge of $5.00 will be applied to walks outside of regular hours (9am-5pm). ​ 

Extra Pet 

  • If you have more than one pet, an extra pet fee will be applied:
    • For Dog Walking, its $5 per dog / service option

    • For Pet Sitting (same pet type), Dogs are $10 each and Cats are $5 each service option   

    • For Pet Sitting (full house combo)

      • Dog + Cat:  Extra cat fee is $10. For the added feline(s) attention, an extra 15 mins is added to service timeframe

      • Dog + Dog + Cat:  Extra dog fee is  $10 each and cats are $5 each. For the added pet attention, an extra 15 mins is added to service timeframe

Holidays​

 

  • All ​major ​holidays ​(Easter ​Sunday, ​Memorial ​Day Weekend (Sat-Mon), ​Independence ​Day, ​Labor ​Day, ​Thanksgiving and Day After (Thur-Fri), ​Christmas ​Eve, ​Christmas ​Day, New ​Year's Eve, and ​New ​Year's​ Day) ​will ​incur ​an ​additional ​$10 per service day.​​​​
